Terms of Service
1. The service
CourtStack, Inc. (“CourtStack”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted marketing service for sports facilities. The service is currently in private beta; features, availability, and pricing may change before general availability.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access. We contact waitlist members in batches at our discretion. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
3. Accounts
When access is granted, you are responsible for the credentials used to access your account and for activity that occurs under it. You must have the authority to connect any booking platform you link to CourtStack.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unlawful communications, to message people who have not consented to be contacted where consent is required, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Fees
Paid plans, trial periods, and refund terms are described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. No fees apply to waitlist membership.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind. Projected revenue figures shown on our website are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtStack's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
