Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, your browser's user-agent string, and — if you choose to tell us — your facility's court count and booking platform. We also collect anonymous page analytics (page views and button clicks) via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
2. How we use it
We use waitlist information to notify you about CourtStack availability, to prioritize beta invites, and to send a confirmation email when you sign up. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use waitlist emails for unrelated marketing.
3. Who processes it
Waitlist data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and confirmation emails are delivered via Resend. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
4. Retention
We keep waitlist records until you ask us to delete them or until they are migrated into a customer account when you join CourtStack.
5. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
6. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
